The PEL 1500 Tractor Baler is the largest model in the PEL Agri Wrap Baler range and will hold approximately 150-190 wraps. This is a high volume density baler, suitable for farms that produce large volumes of waste plastic wrapping.

Position the PEL 1500TR Baler in a convenient place, mounted on the tractor’s rear three point linkage system with hydraulic connection. We recommend somewhere close to the source of the waste. It may be of benefit to position the PEL 1500TR Baler where you can load and unload large and small items being compacted, without hindrance and where the doors can be opened fully.
The PEL 1500TR requires 4 rolls of baler strapping. Carefully feed the bale strapping tape through the four slots in the top cover until it can be seen coming through inside the chamber. Further feed the strapping through the four loops inside the chamber and out the back of the machine. Bring the strapping back in through the base of the baler along the tracks provided and tie in a knot onto the strapping tie on front of the unit inside the bottom door.
Your PEL 1500TR Baler is now ready for use.
Training is carried out onsite by a PEL Service Engineer. All PEL waste reduction equipment is supplied with a user manual with full instructions and useful information about the safety specifications of your machine.
