The BB09 glass bottle crusher is installed by a PEL service engineer. Once your BB09 Mighty Jaws has been installed it’s ready to go to work right away.
The BB09 Mighty Jaws glass bottle crusher is simple to use, simply follow these steps:
• Open front door and place waste collection tote box inside the machine.
• Close door.
• Ensure EMERGENCY STOP button is released.
• Start the BB01 glass bottle crusher by pressing green START button.
• Once the BB01 is running, insert bottles “neck first” into the feed hopper to crush glass in a single feed motion.
• The flap will lock closed when the crushed glass storage container is full. The ‘bin full’ light will illuminate, a buzzer will sound, and the flap will lock closed until the tote box is removed and replaced.
Post installation training is carried out onsite by a PEL Service Engineer. All PEL waste reduction equipment is supplied with a user manual with full instructions and useful information on the safety specifications of your specific model.
